The Societe des Pastellistes de France was created in 1885, which counted among its members Degas, Toulouse-Lautrec, Mary Casset, Berthe Morisot, Chenet and many other major Pastelists.

Today, Nathalie Picoulet's work as a romantic French Pastel Portrait and Figurative Painter reflects the high standard of this Society's award.
